Due to lack of resources the schools are unable to run arts and crafts lessons.  So every year a team of young people from the UK came for a week of activities designed to stimulate and inspire these young people. 

Needless to say they were very well received, so much so that they had a permanent invite to return anytime they wanted.  So they do.
